Learning to
ride – or advancing your skills – is a great form
of exercise. Whether you are young, or simply young at heart,
riding will help strengthen your legs, your butt and your abdominals
– those all important core muscles - while you focus on
the pleasure of riding a horse.

Lessons can also be a great family activity. At Caydon, we have
many parents who enjoy riding with their children.
Our
education program runs year-round and features one-hour private,
semi-private and group lessons taught by Certified instructors.
